Hey everyone! I hope you are enjoying the nice weather while it is still here. A couple of interesting things going on. I will start with what I think is the biggest news. My book Everest Base Camp: Close Call is mentioned (quite nicely I might add) in the November issue of the Vista’s newspaper. I am quite excited about it. The book is still getting good reviews and I am proud of it. I believe it is my best book – to date. Here is the link: http://vistas-news.ca/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/VISTAS-November-2020.pdf . The article about my book is on page 25!
I am not participating in NaNoWriMo this year but are you are aware of it? I did it in November 2015 and I managed to complete it. I did my autobiography and hope to publish that in the next year or two. The goal is to write approximately 1667 words each day starting November 1st and ending on November 30th. After 30 days, if you can keep up with the word count, you will end up with a novel with approximately 50,000 words after just one month! Although I am not participating this year I have decided to keep track of how many words I write on my different WIP’s for the entire month. If I can make it to 25,000 words I will be quite impressed. If I can’t, that is okay. This is more of a motivation strategy. Hey, whatever works, right? Next weekend will be the halfway mark and I will let you know where I am at.
I am hoping to do a cover reveal on my next book shortly.
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a fantastic week.
